This update covers:

Q1: When one Action forwards to another Action (i.e. an "Action Chain"), 
Struts repopulates the data in the form bean from the request parameters. 
How can I avoid that?

Q2: How and when are Actions instantiated?

Q3: How to output via <bean:write> without "HTML-escaping"?

Q4: How to share Tiles templates across multiple modules such that common 
CSS, images, etc. can be used?

Q5: How does a typical request-response life-cycle look like in Struts?

Q6: How to hide/show portion of a page based on container-managed security?

Q7: How to set the locale according to the user's profile, instead of the 
browser's setting?

Q8: How to do paging in Struts?

Q9: What are all those <set-property> used for in struts-config.xml?

Q10: How does Tiles work with multiple modules?

Q11: It is recommended properties of the FormBeans should be String 
properties. If so, is there any utility in Struts help me to do the type 
conversion?

Q12: How to use Validator to ensure that at least one of fields in a form 
is not empty?
