Ron Grabowski Joins iBATIS as a Committer

On behalf of the Apache iBATIS PMC, I would like to welcome our newest
Committer, Ron Grabowski. In the words of one of our PMC members:

"Ron has been a prolific poster on the lists for quite a while, and
seems to be a pretty darn sharp dude." :)
