Hudson nightly build

I have set up a nightly build for Cassandra on Apache's Hudson installation.

So far it is very basic, it runs the tests and creates Javadoc. No test
report is created yet, I haven't figured out how to get testng to work
with Hudson. (As a side note I would prefer junit4).

When builds fail the dev mailinglist will be notified as you probably
have noticed.
