NOTICE.jdom in the trunk in aegis

Since I've removed the mandatory dependency on JDOM from Aegis, should
I flush the NOTICE.jdom?

I don't think so.   We have a modified version of StaxBuilder from JDOM.  
Thus, the NOTICE still needs to be there:

./rt/databinding/aegis/src/main/generated/org/apache/cxf/aegis/util/jdom/StaxBuilder.java
