    @zhangminglei this does not solve the issue.
    The expected fix is to pass the new setting to `ExecutionConfig`, which will then be used when creating a `KryoSerializer` (see `GenericTypeInfo`). The `KryoSerializer` needs to respect this setting and appropriately configure the `kryo` instance when instantiating it.
