Using Soap Faults from within services

Hi everybody.

I have a question I hope you can help me with.  I have created some 
server-side stubs using WSDL2ws and I want to be able to have the 
service return custom Soap Faults under certain circumstances.  What is 
the best way to manage this?  I can't seem to find any documentation 
regarding this.
