Use case:
* Custom {{Meta}} implementation
* {{Meta.Frame.create(offset, done, rows)}} is called with a row (a {{List}}) containing a java {{Float}} value
** Note: the float value is fetched from Apache Cassandra, which has 32-bit float types (unlike SQL).
