Samples moved to $AXISCPP_HOME

Hi all,
I've copied the samples in server and client to the root
folder($AXISCPP_HOME). There under samples folder you have
server and client. Inside server you find all samples which
upto this point resided at $AXISCPP_HOME/src/server/samples.
Inside client you find all samples which upto this point resided
at $AXISCPP_HOME/src/client/samples.
Please do further additions and modifications to this folder.
Previous ones will remain there for a grace period
