Add advisory messages to JMX so you easily can get information out of JMX about camel stats

So you can get those JMX stats out in a plain Map structure in an Camel Exchange so you can easily get those details.

There should be options so you can filter/select which kind of details to get out.
- per route
- all routes
- basic information etc
