   ### What problem does this feature solve?
   Solve the problem of incomplete tooltip display when the amount of data is large
   (解决了数据量大的情况下，tooltip展示不全的问题)

   ### What does the proposed API look like?
   1. Provide tooltip whether to paging, paging size parameters
   （ 提供tooltip是否分页、分页大小参数）
   
   2. Provide tooltip fixed height parameters, data beyond the height can be scrolled to view
   (提供tooltip固定高度参数，超出高度的数据可以滚动查看)

   暂时可以先这么配置
   
   ```js
   enterable: true,
   extraCssText: 'max-height: 300px; overflow-y: auto;'
   ```
   
   如果鼠标不易划入的话，可以使用 `position` 进一步配置。
   
   或者配置 `className` 直接定义 CSS 控制。
