Running csharp.example.helloworld program against an SSL - enabled broker with the connection options shown below causes access violation exception in Org::Apache::Qpid::MessagingConnection::!Connection() at "delete nativeObjPtr;" (file trunk\qpid\cpp\bindings\qpid\dotnet\src\Connection.cpp, line 191,
Connection options are "{transport:ssl,sasl_mechanism:PLAIN,username:***,password:***}"
