[PR] fix(table): use standard snapshot retention properties [iceberg-go]
fallintoplace opened a new pull request, #1736:

## Summary
`ExpireSnapshots` was reading unprefixed retention properties and using defaults that do not match the Iceberg table-property contract.
This change:
- uses the standard `history.expire.*` property names
- matches the standard defaults: 1 snapshot, 5 days, and no ref-age limit
- accepts the old unprefixed names as compatibility fallbacks
- gives the standard names precedence when both forms are set
- updates the retention docs and adds regression coverage
## Test plan
- `go test ./... -count=1`
- `go test -race ./codec/... ./table/...`
- `go vet ./...`
- `golangci-lint v2.11.4 run --timeout=10m`
