I suspect the ARM builds are going to repeatedly fail even with this hack. I compared timings on my laptop to what was coming out of the Jenkins logs and the ARM tests were regularly 5x the duration of my local tests. The problematic couch_btree take ~1.5 seconds for me locally, so I suspect they're overrunning EUnit's 5 second timeout by about 50 percent.
