Currently, Impala uses the version of Kudu that comes with the CDH_BUILD_NUMBER, even when USE_CDP_HIVE=true. This is incorrect. The USE_CDP_HIVE=true build of Impala should use the Kudu version from the CDP_BUILD_NUMBER. 

To avoid any cross-version issues, this Kudu will need to be built using the native toolchain.
