response code 304 and response code 200

Hi, 

 

I am writing a script which return both code 200 and code 304 and when I
assert code 200 and then get response code 304 from the server it fails the
sampler (the logic of my script is that it is not an error), how can I make
it for the script live both with response code 304 and response code 200
returned from the server?
