   Is there a way to pre-create these missing databases for example using the `.ini` file? I'm having hard times to create databases from within the docker image :(
   +1 for #142
   @happilymarrieddad would you mind sharing your script that does that if you have one?

   Here is how I solved it:
   
   ## Docker File
   
   ```
   FROM couchdb:2
   
   COPY ./prod.ini /opt/couchdb/etc/local.d/
   COPY ./prod.sh /usr/local/bin/
   
   EXPOSE 5984
   
   CMD /usr/local/bin/prod.sh & /opt/couchdb/bin/couchdb
   ```
   
   ## prod.sh
   
   ```
   #!/usr/bin/env bash
   sleep 10
   
   curl -X PUT http://admin:neomatcha_very_765_nice@localhost:5984/_users
   curl -X PUT http://admin:neomatcha_very_765_nice@localhost:5984/_replicator
   curl -X PUT http://admin:neomatcha_very_765_nice@localhost:5984/_global_changes
   ```
