It looks as though the Anti-Spam system is failing to update some of the BadContent pages in the farm
For example,
http://wiki.apache.org/jakarta/BadContent?action=info
shows the last update as
2011-06-12 21:13:31 88058
whereas others I checked, e.g.
http://wiki.apache.org/commons/BadContent?action=info
and
http://wiki.apache.org/general/BadContent?action=info
have the last update as
2011-06-27 21:34:03 88177
Also, the general copy
http://wiki.apache.org/general/BadContent?action=info
was updated several times recently by AntiSpam:
2011-06-27 19:38:03
2011-06-14 11:44:34
2011-06-14 08:35:27
2011-05-27 05:34:54
Whereas commons
http://wiki.apache.org/commons/BadContent?action=info
did not get some of the updates:
2011-06-27 21:34:03 88177
2011-05-28 11:22:30 88058
Surely all the wikis on the farm should be updated each time?

Resolution: Invalid
I changed a page in Jakarta wiki and it updated as expected.
Check the info page of http://master19.moinmo.in/BadContent against any wiki BadContent page to check versions match. If you really want to confirm things, createa an account on the master and actually make a change to the http://master19.moinmo.in/BadContent page itself, then edit your own wiki on any page to then see it pull it the latest BadContent.
Wikis do this independent of each other and varies due to frequency of edits to those wikis.
There is no error here.
