findbugs report for Woden

I have made the necessary changes to pom.xml to get the continuum
build server to run a findbugs report. The maven2 build creates a web
site including junit test report and findbugs reports [1]. The
findbugs report is worth a look, some 'bugs' aren't bugs at all.
Findbugs has a filtering mechanism which I'll look at when I get a
chance.
