Summary: log4j configuration is incorrect
Description: Log4J reports two warnings after starting Tomcat in TDK.

log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.apache.stratum.component.ComponentLoader).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
