URGENT: NTEventLogAppender.dll

We're building a customized NTEventLogAppender.dll and I need the
following two header files.  Any idea where I can find them?

#include "org_apache_log4j_Priority.h"
#include "org_apache_log4j_nt_NTEventLogAppender.h"
