Initial patch uploaded.
Unlike ClientProtocol#getListing and listCorruptFiles, this patch simply returns all the current snapshottable directories, considering 1) the number of snapshottable directories may be not very large, and 2) currently all the snapshottable directories are stored in an unsorted list in the SnapshotManager thus it is hard to continue the listing from the middle.
