Hello, is it posible to found somewhere source-code of WebdavServlet, which is in Tomcat's webapp??

This information is easily obtained from the Tomcat web site. There
really is no good reason why you couldn't find this yourself.

It would also have helped if you stated which version of Tomcat you
wanted the WEBDav source for.

The latest 5.5.x source can be found here:
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tomcat/container/tc5.5.x/catalina/src/share/org/apache/catalina/servlets/WebdavServlet.java

Sources for every version of Tomcat can be found here:
http://tomcat.apache.org/index.html

Look for the download links on the left-hand side and then look for
"Source Code Distributions"
