[jira] Created: (MRM-1113) modify applet to support modern browsers
modify applet to support modern browsers
----------------------------------------
Key: MRM-1113
URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MRM-1113
Project: Archiva
Issue Type: Bug
Components: web application
Affects Versions: 1.2-M1
Reporter: Brett Porter
several browsers (Eg, Safari 4, Firefox 3) do not provide the full path of a file input for security reasons, so the filename given to the applet contains no path information and fails.
To work around this, the file prompt should be done from within the applet itself instead.
