   @vinothchandar  Currently, all the rules discussed before have been added to the project via PR #1043. However, the severity of all rules set as "info"(which means just give hint but do not break build process).
   
   Additionally, the refactor has been split into two umbrella issues(HUDI-354 and HUDI-363). The prior focused on refactoring java doc. The second one focused on refactoring import order.
   
   After all refactor have been done, we would set the severity of all rules as "error" level.
