David Latorre is a new MINA commiter

Hi

Let me welcome David Latorre as a new MINA commiter. David has been
doing great contributions to the FtpServer subproject and has now been
voted in as a new commiter so that he gets to mess up on his own :-)

Welcome David, happy hacking!

/niklas

Hello everyone,

Thanks for the welcome. I hope I can be of help with FtpServer and all the
MINA projects :-) - I'm quite interested in SFTP but eventually I'll try
to mess errr help with Mina. People in this mailing list seem really
involved and enthusiastic which is is inspiring and quite refreshing too.
This is the liveliest project I've visited lately. And from the discussions
in the list I've been following, I would say one of the most well-thought as
well.

If I can figure out how to and I don't break anything, I'm gonna make my
first commit in a moment. A question: is there any guidelines for the
project I can read?

Cheers,
David

You may start with http://www.apache.org/foundation/contributing.html
(very preliminary introduction)

This page is important :
http://www.apache.org/foundation/how-it-works.html, especially the Roles
and Project Management and Collaboration.

Then http://www.apache.org/dev/new-committers-guide.html

Regarding MINA itself, here you have a lot of valuable informations :
http://mina.apache.org/developer-guide.html

And everytime you have a question, use the ML :)

Thanks !

Welcome David !

As a matter of fact, I just updated the Contributors page, and added you
on it :)

http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/MINA/Contributors

(I have to export the site so that everyone can see it in a couple of hours)
