[VOTE] Release HiveMind-1.1-alpha-1
As we've discussed, it would be nice to proceed with HiveMind 1.1 and
get a properly packaged alpha release out to users. I'm all for it
and ready to do the work.

Conditionals

Hi,
I have not yet had time to look at the details of conditional
implementations/contributions, but was thinking that the same logic would
be quite useful for the sub-module element of the descriptor (I assume a
lot of the logic from the implementation/contribution element handling can
be re-used in a different descriptor element?). Would this be something
that would be useful?
