[I] SBOM facility revision (tooling-trusted-releases)

alitheg opened a new issue, #1475:

   Show a single report per-SBOM:
   
   - Score
     - Including minimum elements by NTIA as currently implemented
   - Break down of components, licenses and vulnerabilities
   
   Remove all edit buttons so that nothing can modify the SBOM in-place (so no generate, augment, vuln scan)
