JDBC version

Is it ok if the JDBC repository to require JDBC 2.0 drivers?

If I can, then I can use Blob objects, which should let me find out the
length of a message without reading the enter field into memory. This is
particularly useful to making POP access fast.

There is MM driver for MySQL which is available for download. So I think
it would be all right.
Feature-wise, they would be better. Price-wise, James+database would
still be free. So, there's no reason not to implement JDBC 2.0 in James.
