[jira] [Created] (DISPATCH-1356) Remove the dotted line around routers that indicates the router is fixed.

Ernest Allen created DISPATCH-1356:
--------------------------------------

Summary: Remove the dotted line around routers that indicates the router is fixed.
                 Key: DISPATCH-1356
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DISPATCH-1356
             Project: Qpid Dispatch
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Console
    Affects Versions: 1.7.0
            Reporter: Ernest Allen

On the console's topology page, when a router is pinned in place it is drawn with a dotted outline. The meaning of the dotted line is not indicated anywhere. Showing which router's are pinned in place is not really necessary.

Remove the dotted line and show all routers with a solid outline.
