I am able to reproduce this issue on 4.1 branch:

screenshow you have attached is going to the network details page from Infrastructure page.

Bug is reported for the following use case:

>From the Networks tab , choose the shared network.

We are presented with "Details" and "Egress" tab.

"Egress" tab should not be presented in the UI for Shared Networks
