Beehive mailing list move imminent

These mailing lists will momentarily be moved as per

  http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-476

list subscriptions will be carried over. The old list names will cease
to work and the new ones must hereafter be used. The beehive-announce
list will also be moved.

Another notice will be sent once the moves are complete.
