   Mike, I want to make sure I understand your requested change.  In tools.md I have the rfile-info example section notated with '## RFileInfo'. I assumed this was the footnote-ref that the manual would take the user to when clicking  the text 'rfile-info' in basic.md,  just as previously clicking 'PrintInfo' in basic.md  would take the user to the section in tools.md notated with the previous '##print-info' notation. Am I understanding this incorrectly? 
   
   I'm still working to get Jekyll to work. I haven't had a chance to check out the links you referenced yet.  I will most likely continue to help out with documentation. I'm a big proponent of current and clear docs!
