   **Describe the bug**
   `DESCRIBE` statement doesn't work for partial or fully qualified table references.
   
   **To Reproduce**
   ```sql
   ❯ CREATE SCHEMA my_schema;
   0 rows in set. Query took 0.000 seconds.
   ❯ CREATE TABLE my_schema.my_table AS VALUES (1, 2), (3, 4);
   +---------+---------+
   | column1 | column2 |
   +---------+---------+
   | 1       | 2       |
   | 3       | 4       |
   +---------+---------+
   2 rows in set. Query took 0.000 seconds.
   ❯ SELECT column_name, data_type, is_nullable FROM information_schema.columns WHERE table_name = 'my_table' AND table_schema = 'my_schema';
   +-------------+-----------+-------------+
   | column_name | data_type | is_nullable |
   +-------------+-----------+-------------+
   | column1     | Int64     | YES         |
   | column2     | Int64     | YES         |
   +-------------+-----------+-------------+
   2 rows in set. Query took 0.007 seconds.
   ❯ DESCRIBE my_schema.my_table;
   0 rows in set. Query took 0.021 seconds.
   ```
   
   **Expected behavior**
   Instead of showing no rows, the `DESCRIBE` command should match the output from the `information_schema.columns` above.
