No CI for rc/1.1

Hi all, I just submitted a PR to the rc/1.1 branch of TsFile, but I realized that there is no UT running, is it because there is no CI configured on the rc/1.1 branch.

Thank you for your reply.I've submitted a PR to the TsFile repository to add CI to the rc branch.
