could you look as well at the webpack, especially dev-server. That one seems to bring quite a bit of outdated dependencies.

hmm, i guess changes to licenses/ path triggered full CI run instead of just normal limited web-console CI run

yeah, I started by casting a wide net and updating all dev deps but then stuff broke so decided to do this step by step. I'll have a look into dev-server in a followup PR
