[jira] Created: (AXIS2-2164) URIResolverImpl should handle imported schemas for both http and file protocols

URIResolverImpl should handle imported schemas for both http and file protocols
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: AXIS2-2164
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2-2164
             Project: Axis 2.0 (Axis2)
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: jaxws
    Affects Versions: 1.2
            Reporter: Dustin Amrhein
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 1.2

The URIResolver needs to better handle imported schemas in both the file system location and http location cases. Currently it handles file system locations well, but not http locations. It should perform these imports in a more generic way.
