Good book for extending apache?
Hi,
I need to do some modifications to the source of Apache 2.0, extend it
and maybe write a couple of modules in C. Which is a good book that
will help me along the way?
Tx,
Vinod.

For Apache 2, the only one available afaik that covers a bit of it is Ryan
Bloom's :
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0072223448/
I would also recommend Doug MacEachern's, although it is for 1.3 it covers
some of the fundamentals and is focused solely on writing modules
