During install wizard I changed a config value so that it was different than recommended value (yarn.scheduler.minimum-allocation-mb). I then hit _Next_ which made a configs validation API call. However the call failed for some reason (AMBARI-6951), and a dialog said "Config validation failed" and basically the wizard was stuck in the Configurations page.

However, this dialog should allow you to proceed where the dialog is:
Title - Save Configs
Message - Validation of configs has failed. 
Buttons - Cancel, Continue Anyway

Clicking on Continue Anyway should allow user to proceed to next page.
