[PR] Parquet: Add nested double metrics regression test [iceberg]
szehon-ho opened a new pull request, #18069:

Adds a focused regression test for a required double field beneath an optional struct. When the parent struct is null, the nested field reads as null and its file metrics should include that row in both `value_counts` and `null_value_counts`.
The current writer-side double metrics are expected to report `valueCount=1` and `nullCount=0` instead of `2` and `1`. This draft intentionally contains the regression test only so the behavior and the scope of a follow-up fix can be validated.
Testing: Not run. Gradle configuration could not resolve required plugins because Maven access was unavailable in the local environment.
