   The customop
   ```
   
       class Maskeddense:
           def list_arguments(self):
               return ['data', 'weight', 'mask', 'bias']
   
          def list_outputs(self):
               return ['output']
   ```
   must be called by in some version
   ```
       h2h = F.Custom(data=states[0], weight=h2h_weight, mask=mask, bias=h2h_bias,
                      name=prefix + 'mh2h', op_type='maskeddense')
   ```
   and in others 
   
   ```
       h2h = F.Custom(states[0], h2h_weight, mask, h2h_bias,
                      name=prefix + 'mh2h', op_type='maskeddense')
   ```
   which is inconsisent between different versions, documents, and samples.
