New Committer: Mike Personick

The Project Management Committee (PMC) for Apache TinkerPop has asked Mike
Personick to become a committer and we are pleased to announce their
acceptance.

Mike has issued some pull requests to TinkerPop that improved core aspects
of Gremlin like the orderability across types and the addition of a ternary
boolean logic.

He also recently provided a pull request that added a new call() step to
Gremlin which makes it possible to execute provider specific functions.

Welcome, Mike!
