LDAP Lotus Domino

Hi,

I use tomcat's authentication against Lotus Domino LDAP server. Everything
works fine. But problem occured when two persons with same name but
different org. unit exist in Domino's Address Book. 
(John Doe/Prague/Company, John Doe/Berlin/Company)
How to change the Realm parameters to be able authenticate those two people?
