[jira] [Reopened] (AIRFLOW-719) Skipped operations make DAG finish prematurely

Bolke de Bruin reopened AIRFLOW-719:
------------------------------------
Assignee: Bolke de Bruin (was: Alex Van Boxel)

We determined this was not the right approach for this issue and it was solved as part of AIRFLOW-989. We need to revert the logic and add (eventually) AIRFLOW-983

> Since revision 2630361ca24737c28f458825b20ab11c9c996b17 the SKIPPED and SUCCESS are treated the same, this causes the DAG to finish prematurely when using a Branching operator where on branch is finished.
