Removing components.bytecode

We have been using a built-in byte code reader now for several weeks without (reported) incident.  I would like to remove the byte code component, and its dependencies on the various byte code reading jar files, from the current CVS tree.  

This would actually make axis smaller (!!) :-)

Does anyone have any objections?
