Thanks for your response.
I did debugging by removing plugins cordova-plugin-ionic-webview,facebook conect, push plugin. But this do not resolved the issue. When i checked with Android phone with updated software (android latest version) the same apk is working better ie loading some pages than phone with pending updates. But again it is not working as smooth(pages are not reloading quickly) as it is working in IOS.
