[GitHub] [pulsar] zbentley commented on issue #11842: [2.8.0] After being killed with SIGKILL, pulsar standalone will not start unless its data directory is removed.

This is still an issue for a few of our users that run local workstation environments with pulsar standalone. When they have laptop crashes or otherwise do things that result in a hard kill of the standalone broker, it won't come back up cleanly without file removal.
