I just run this sucess by folowing step.may be that wil help you.
1. install ubuntu 18.04 in virtual box
2. install docker and docker-compose
3. git clone the superset source code
4. run `docker-compose run -e SUPERSET_LOAD_EXAMPLES=yes --rm superset ./docker-init.sh`
