NullPointerException during a fault deserialization

Hi all,

In the web-service client side, I have the following a 
NullPointerException during the processing of a fault:
Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException
    at org.apache.axis.client.Call.invokeEngine(Call.java:2816)
    at org.apache.axis.client.Call.invoke(Call.java:2767)
    at org.apache.axis.client.Call.invoke(Call.java:2443)
    at org.apache.axis.client.Call.invoke(Call.java:2366)
    at org.apache.axis.client.Call.invoke(Call.java:1812)
    at 
com.XXXXX.client.transport.ws.SoapTransportService.invoke(SoapTransportService.java:73)
    ... 16 more

I have the problem only with fault, if my webservice returns to my 
client a regular reply, all works fine.

I uses the AxisJ 1.4 on the client and server sides.

When I run my client in debug mode, it seems that:
     - org.apache.axis.message.SOAPFault.fault is null that fires the 
NullPointerException in Call.java:2816
     - org.apache.axis.message.SOAPFaultBuilder.waiting is set to true 
during parsing of the XML sends by the server, but never reset to false 
as needed by SOAPFaultBuilder.java:129.

Is it a bug, any suggestions ?
