Add your third-party offerings to ecosystem page

Hi all,

The Cassandra website design and docs overhaul is getting closer to
completion. We anticipate the first phase of the site will be available in
the next couple weeks.

We wanted to flag one new page in particular and ask you to input - a
third-party ecosystem page that was added a few months ago that includes
cloud offerings, installation tools, operators and more:

Please take a few minutes to ensure your third-party offerings are included
by submitting a PR here: https://github.com/apache/cassandra-website.
