Cvs update task

Hi all :

can u please help why the following is not working

  Logging is failing.. and I'm getting the following error:

CVS Clinet: Windows2k
CVs Server: Solaris


Please help

In commanline it's logging without error " cvs
-d:pserver:nnprem@watson:/export/home/repository -z9 login"
